Brushed Aluminum Milled and Carved

These CNC milled aluminum chassis are ready for the detail carvings. Stoutly attached to the CNC table it their jig, they are carved with the names and logos. Accuracy and levelness is key, but once it is set up, the swift production line begins.

These chassis are caved with names and logos using a sharp “V” shaped bit. This gives the final carving sharp detailed corners and precise edges. After the carving is complete, a blackening process is applied to pop the text, completing the look.

With the blackening technique applied to the shallow carving, the text pops and the final clean up and brush technique can be applied. This is a clean look for this high profile award project.
